livingHR is looking for a Tampa-based freelance Graphic Designer to work part-time on a contract basis supporting our rapidly growing business.

The Graphic Designer will get to work on projects like...

• Creative execution of web, digital, print , infographics, video, presentations, learning and other visual communications
• Evolve and leverage brand style guides and build new internal brand concepts for clients culture and employer brand work
• Collaborate with team to support business/marketing needs and initiatives for the organization

You will meet and exceed them with the following…

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
• 1 to 5 years of business experience in a progressive and creative environment; previous HR and /or talent experience exposure a plus
• Front and back-end graphic design capability; UI/UX experience a plus
• Ability to identify design needs to help continuously elevate the quality of marketing collateral and the brand
• Demonstrated working knowledge using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)
• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and enhance processes and best practices
