Locus Robotics is searching for a talented Robotics Software Engineer in Simulation, who can architect simulations of large robot fleets in a variety of scenarios and environments. Working within our Robotics Software Team, this role will use the power of simulation as a force-multiplier to enable Locus to build better and faster systems. If you have had experience designing realistic simulations or gaming simulations, this position is for you!

Responsibilities: 

• Extend custom simulator to support new functions and sensors.
• Help scale the simulator to support more test cases.
• Improve performance and efficiency.

• Experience with distributed systems.
• Experience with games and game engines.
• Experience with game networking.
• Experience with Rust.
