Job Description

This is a hybrid role and will require you to be onsite for part of the work week.

From telecom to the energy industry, businesses behind America’s favorite drink, and high growth technology companies, Logic20/20’s client base continues to diversify, spanning growing fields of interest, services, and communities. To support efforts in the new year and beyond, Logic20/20 is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who will accelerate our growth in the Seattle area.

With never a dull moment, on any given day you’ll be identifying, cultivating, and closing business with new accounts. While you explore opportunities and qualify prospects, you’ll be exposed to a variety of industries and draw insights on how Logic20/20’s offerings can meet today’s most crucial business needs. As you build upon your knowledge of all-things-Logic20/20 and engage support within our dedicated team, you’ll grow a book of business, drive revenue, and set the foundation for new client satisfaction.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Sales team is the fuel behind our ability to help clients solve their toughest challenges and achieve their highest goals. As the first touchpoint many clients have with Logic20/20, the team plays a vital role in earning trust and building a spirit of partnership while also nurturing our more longstanding business relationships. These hardworking “Logicians” contribute their unique talents to our missions of developing new business, forecasting growth, supporting consultants, and expanding our market presence.

About you

  • You are comfortable hunting for new business, constantly ideating where, who, and how
  • You are accountable, often setting, tracking, and meeting goals and objectives
  • You have excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • You have a strong commitment to customer service
  • You’re savvy when selling and gifted with engaging presentation skills
  • You utilize project management skills to support your daily efforts
  • You’re a natural negotiator, bringing trust, partnership, and influence to client relationships
  • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a stellar team

    • First-hand experience building a portfolio of business
    • 3-5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
    • Bachelor’s degree or above

    We’d also be super impressed if you have

    • Sales experience for a technical product or services company
    • Experience selling services and solutions in project management, product management, business analysis, and/or software development

    Base compensation starts at $90,000+ (DOE) with an OTE of 175K+, uncapped depending on personal and account performance.
