We contract with many satisfied agents that enjoy working from home and earning a very substantial income.

Job Description

Get paid extremely well to telecommute from your home office and plug in to our call center via the internet. We offer a competitive hourly base rate of $15/hr. vs a very aggressive commission of $35 per sale on your live transfer. 

No closing required, no asking for credit card numbers over the phone. All you do is qualify the customer, present the benefits of our solution, and transfer to a sales rep who will close your deal. Its a 5-10 minute call and you will earn a commission up to $35 for every paid sale. We have thousands of leads added to our predictive dialer daily and there is never more than a few seconds wait between calls but usually calls just come back-to-back. That is the power of our predictive dialer and the reason why our top agents are able to send over 5+ transfers per hour. On average 1 out of ever 4 of your transfers will close so you can do the math and see the potential here and how quickly your commissions can add up in just one shift.  

We have agents calling nationwide and offer 4 shifts to choose from between the hours of 8:00AM - 11:59PM EST Monday - Friday PLUS weekends.  

We are currently hiring additional independent agents for a very successful campaign in the financial services industry so a background in mortgage, credit repair, debt consolidation, loan modification, or collections, is very beneficial. 



Qualifications

  • Comfort and Familiarity with common computer programs such as web browser, email, and instant messaging software is REQUIRED as well as the ability to download and install software and follow written instructions to trouble shoot issues on your own.  
  • Experience in financial services such as mortgage, credit repair, debt consolidation, credit counseling, loan modification, or collections is preferred.  
  • Call Center Experience working on a predictive dialer is a plus.  
  • Must display excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.  
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of calls daily without losing enthusiasm.  
  • Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.  
  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude with a strong desire to help people.

We also offer our agents advancement opportunities for management and some of our agents have been promoted in less than 90 days. As a Virtual Call Center Manager, you have the ability to earn overrides on your team's performance.
