Job Description

Louve Your Business

iLouve is Louve Notes Media Group’s training and professional development division. We train organizational leaders, small business owners, entrepreneurs and other key staff how to define, create, execute and analyze marketing strategies using technology. We provide basic software and application training, to empower small business owners to use the tools that are available to them to help grow their businesses.

The iLouve Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating all operational facets of the program. Responsibilities include workshop lead generation, development and implementation of workshops and training courses, ongoing project management, and review, coordination and expansion of all program operational procedures. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for course development and scheduling of workshops.


This position requires a person with energy and creativity, a person dedicated to helping others develop the skills they need to be successful in business and a person interested in promoting continued growth and educational development.


The iLouve Marketing Coordinator conducts three programs per quarter covering a range of marketing and business topics. Louve Notes Media Group is a team based and supportive environment in which Program Coordinators are actively engaged in promoting the Louve Notes’ vision and development.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

Development  

The iLouve Marketing Coordinator is responsible for meeting a sales quota for each program developed. Bonuses are rewarded per  fee-based projects necessary to support their program(s). They maintain/establish contracts with state, federal, and non-governmental personnel and work to increase the number and diversity of program project sponsors. As needed, the Program Coordinator lends support to other iLouve program elements.

Personnel

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and communication of needs to Team Members in a timely manner as well as the overall performance of workshops and training within the iLouve program.  

Administrative

The iLouve Marketing Coordinator is responsible for completing required paperwork (quarterly and annual reports, market research, program production summaries, marketing campaigns, expense reports, etc.) associated with each program. The iLouve Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for disbursement and collection of exit surveys for each attendee at each workshop or training conducted and for delivering the summary of results to the Marketing Manager.

Management

The Marketing Coordinator supervises three interns, and provides necessary ongoing training and technical support to ensure projects are being implemented in a safe, professional and productive manner.
Program Support: Each Marketing Coordinator will take part in projects during periods when they are not directly involved in the coordination of programs; e.g., review of program objectives and effectiveness, revision of training materials, development of educational curricula, database management, coordination of special technical trainings, and leadership training and development.

Field Responsibilities

The iLouve Marketing Coordinator will at times need to go meet with prospects e.g. different businesses and organizations to forge alliances and generate opportunities. Additionally, Marketing Coordinators may be needed to lend support to other Louve Notes Media Group Team Members at peak times.
