Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will provide administrative Human Resources assistance to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Director of Training & Development, and the Talent Management Specialist/Recruiter within the HR Department. The HR Coordinator will also provide Human Resources assistance to the Health Center staff in the form of answering policies and benefit questions. The HR Coordinator will protect the confidentiality of employee file information and confidential data of the Health Center. The HR Coordinator will work with administrative staff and department managers/supervisors to ensure that their requests and needs are met in a timely manner. The Human Resources Coordinator contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Coordinator helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and assists the Health Center’s managers with HR issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience. The candidate must possess personal computer skills, personnel administration and attention to detail. Additionally the candidate should have strong critical and analytical skills; highly proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel; Ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced environment and Strong writing skills.

2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field. Demonstrated commitment to the Human Resources field is essential. Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
