Job Description

Our media team is pretty fantastic as it stands today, so just imagine how stellar it’ll be when we add another Media Planner!!  That’s right – Luckie is looking for a media connoisseur to plan, buy, execute and manage B2B and B2C media campaigns (Broadcast, Digital, Mobile, Print, Social, SEM and OOH). This Luckie human will also:

  • Develop and present media recommendations to executive-level client leaders
  • Ensure that client relationships continue to be strengthened by quality of deliverables and client satisfaction with the work
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client business and media opportunities relevant to client business
  • Demonstrate to clients how proposed media solutions will show expected return on investment with company
  • Maintain solid working relationships with clients, media partners, and internal teams
  • Track expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance
  • Monitor and track digital reports, social results and analytics
  • Work with internal teams and outside sales reps to resolve media billing issues
  • Perform day to day ad placement, scheduling and updates for clients
  • Work with 3rd party ad server and internal team for digital trafficking
  • Optimize digital and social media plans
  • Recommend/execute necessary modifications to plans
  • Evaluate media proposals and provide written POVs
  • Negotiate, execute and maintain approved added value programs/components
  • Create and update monthly flowcharts and budget reports for client/account teams
  • Develop results analysis reports for clients/account teams
  • Monitor buys and manage make-goods, optimizations and revisions as necessary
  • Manage billing reconciliation, discrepancies and monthly budget reports for key accounts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years media experience
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent business experience
  • Strong interpersonal  and communication skills to foster optimal relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and detail oriented
  • Strong knowledge of end to end media planning/buying process for both traditional and online media
  • Knowledge of media resources including Scarborough, R&F, online planning tools, MRI, Strata,ComScore, Compete, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established deadlines
  • Proficiency with ad serving, digital media analytics
