Lyngblomsten is a Christian nonprofit social ministry organization affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America providing quality care to seniors of all faiths and cultures through its healthcare and housing facilities as well as through its community-based outreach programs for seniors living in their own homes or apartments. Large, progressive LTC facility in the Como park neighborhood that has served the elderly for more than 100 years, has a full-time opening for an RN who is passionate about quality assurance and data analytics. This position reports to the Director of Nursing, requires current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota as well as five years of experience in a leadership role in a SNF. Prefer BSN. Responsibilities include: quality assurance, data analytics, staff training and strategic planning. Must be an energetic and positive leader who is detail oriented and excels at working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
