Job Description

Lyst are hiring a Technical Account Manager to work closely with our partnerships and engineering teams to manage partner integrations and onboarding hand in hand with our commercial teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Technical Account Manager at Lyst you will be key point of contact between our commercial and engineering teams and the multiple retailers and brands that we are onboarding on to the platform. You will work alongside our partnerships team, gathering technical requirements, understanding and evangelising for Lyst’s solution and feeding back requirements to the partnership integration team, ensuring that onboarding of all new partners and clients is a smooth and swift process.

Based in our offices in New York, working with our awesome commercial and marketing team there. You will report into the partnership integration manager here in London, and work alongside the project managers and engineers. In this role you will:

  • Build an in depth knowledge of Lyst’s technical solution and act as a technical point of contact for all US clients.
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding of clients and retailers on to the platform
  • Liaise internally with partnerships, engineering and operational teams, supporting and assisting them to hit deadlines and delivery goals.
  • Manage miscellaneous queries from internal teams surrounding customer orders and product data on Lyst.com.
  • Constantly seek to help to improve the onboarding of new clients to make the process easier and quicker

Qualifications

We are looking for self-motivated, super organised individual that loves paying attention to the small details and working with lots of different people. You will have both an exceptional technical knowledge of ecommerce technology and online Marketplaces as well as great client handling skills.

Ideally, you will:

  • Previously have worked in a similar technical sales, onboarding or Pre Sales role
  • Have a technical background but prefer the commercial and operational roles within an engineering team
  • Love delivering amazing projects on tight deadlines in a Lean and agile environment
  • Understand GitHub, API’s, Ecommerce platforms
  • Have experience working with remote development teams
  • Love consistently pushing the boundaries of things and constantly improving and optimising things.
