As a VIP Personal Shopper for Lyst, you will be responsible for the development of our VIP offering, along with maximizing the sales within Private Shopping profitably, and offering the highest standards of service to our VIP clients. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide advanced knowledge of products, trends and a professional service to our VIP clients
•  Assist our VIP clients with all customer service enquiries
• Build lasting relationships, develop open channels of communication and become a reliable advisor
• Ensure sales targets and customer service KPIs are met 

Ideally, you will have:

• Black book with a substantial list of clients
• Extensive knowledge of current trends and luxury fashion designers / brands
• Ability to deliver financial targets
• Ability to exceed client expectations
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
