Advertising Operations Coordinator

The Advertising Operations Coordinator will be part of the team responsible for implementing digital ad campaigns on Media General's television station websites and partner products. Think of the position as air traffic control for digital ads. The goal is to not only ensure that ads arrive safely, but to reach best possible performance.
As an Ad Ops Coordinator, you’re responsible for trafficking, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues for advertising campaigns. Daily responsibilities include:
• Set up, and QA advertising campaigns using multiple ad-serving platforms
• Review, test, and QA ad creative
• Troubleshoot ad serving errors and report discrepancies
• Provide reports on campaign delivery and performance
• Process creative changes and campaign updates
• Support advertising sales teams with day to day operations, with focus on providing excellent customer service.
