Job Description

Purpose of the position:

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for all the IT activities of MET Romania related to system organization and management, project planning and execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize local development needs of IT applications;
  • Define and monitor the resource needs and Capex estimation for local developments and projects;
  • Manage and report IT projects performances through specific KPIs;
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of data storage and single databases, data flows and related analytics to be used for strategical improvements and knowledge management tools;
  • Lead the IT initiatives carried out by MET Romania, involving the set-up of Group related updates;
  • Support the local utilization of MET Group ETRM (Endur) and Accounting (Navision) softwares;
  • Lead the digitalization effort of MET Romania under all the aspects, starting from results of the IT Architecture Review and in alignment with the Group IT Strategy.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • College/University degree;
  • 5-7 years work experience in IT project management including Service Management, CRM and ERP business processes;
  • Energy sector experience is highly appreciated;
  •  Lean Six Sigma qualification is an advantage;
  • Proven track record and excellent ability to translate user requirements into clear and sustainable business processes and procedures;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Customer-oriented, pro-active, and willing to take responsibility
  • Positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
