Job Description

As we continue to evolve our client portfolio and expand, MET Energia Italia is now looking for a talented Junior Key Account Manager, who will be contributing to the growth of the company in the Italian market.
Your primary role in the beginning will be to assist the Corporate Sales Manager with daily tasks, so you have to be an eager learner in order to build your competencies that will render you independent. But we do not bring people aboard just to replicate what we already do, so at the same time you will have to identify potential areas of optimization and present your suggestions in a structured manner to our CEO and to the Corporate Sales Manager.
Step by step you will take on several activities that are part of the main duties in a Sales role, bringing your invaluable contribution to building a solid pipeline of potential clients and expanding the company's outreach both vertically (by adding further depth to the existing Sales portfolio) and horizontally (by adding new products or services, both in the areas of commodity supply and energy efficiency):
✓ Manage the pricing requests in collaboration with the Portfolio Management team;
✓ Develop and participate in the creation of sales enablement materials - presentations,
documentation and case studies necessary to manage the relationship with the customers;
✓ Oversee the entire process of contract validation: collecting documents and signatures, checking the information filled in the contracts;
✓ Manage contractual deadlines, renewals and cancellations related to the customer portfolio;
✓ Sales onboarding and qualification of new sales agencies and consulting partners;
✓ Manage and develop partnerships with sales agencies and consulting partners;
✓ Play a role in growing the corporate business revenue stream through new innovative sales initiatives;
✓ Strategize and assist the development of IT systems and processes to enhance the corporate sales process and maximize the sales cycle;
✓ Assist the Billing team in order to ensure that monthly invoices are correct;
✓ Support the Credit team with any debt collection relative to the Corporate client portfolio;
✓ Develop new business areas and manage any new idea proactively.
