The Group Consolidation team is responsible to bring together all financial statements of affiliated companies of MET Group (circa 100 affiliates) and provides financial statements and information in accordance with IFRS to the Executive Board of the Group.

Essential responsibilities

• Cooperate with your team members in the monthly closing process of the Group
• Monitor, check and approve intercompany reconciliation within the Group
• Check and monitor reporting packages of the subsidiaries
• Cooperate with subsidiaries controllers, CFO-s
• Act as a business partner to provide ad-hoc IFRS advice on complex transactions
• Participate in various business transactions, e.g.: M&A.
• Support the preparation of the monthly financial information and annual/quarterly financial statements
• Participate in sub-consolidation processes
• Support system improvements for consolidation (Tagetik)

• 3-5 years accounting experience
• Fluent English
• MS Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a group as well
