Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. MFM has grown to become the leading flour miller in Malaysia with regional presence in Vietnam and Indonesia. MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, utilities, and facilities.

• Monitor and maintain utilities (power, water, compressed air, drainage).

• Respond to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.

• Follow safe work practices including LOTO and permit-to-work systems.

• Maintain good housekeeping and support environmental controls.

• Assist in supervising contractors and ensure work meets safety standards.

• Conduct inspections, maintain records, and support audits.

• Support improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or related technical field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, and building maintenance.

• Familiar with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

• This position is based in Pasir Gudang.
