Job Description

The role focuses on the delivery of a world class studio environment for MPC’s award-winning artists and production, our management teams and our visiting clients and executives.

 

You will be responsible for three areas of operation:

 

1)     Maintaining the highest standard of presentation and brand look&feel in our 1200 person VFX studio. Adhering to our facility look-book specification and taking guidance from our Global VP of Facilities. Liaising with our in-house Corporate Food Service Manager to provide catering, staff benefit overtime meals and other food and beverage benefits to our staff.  Manage the front desk and Receptionist, with an emphasis on a warm and welcoming presence and strict adherence to our industry’s security standards.

 

2)     Client services management, ensuring that all client meetings on site are managed to a high level. Provide restaurant bookings, client gifts etc. Partnering with our Technology and Facilities teams, ensure the standards of meeting rooms and screening rooms are at the highest level during meetings

 

3)     Runner management. Our Runners are general studio assistants. Manage the team to maintain the standards described above, create optimal Runner schedules to meet the needs of the business, manage Runner development and succession.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, preferably at supervisory or management level.

 

Hospitality experience with a global brand is a bonus.

Experience working with high profile VIPs is a bonus.

Fluent written spoken French and English are a must.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must have MS Office experience, including Excel.
