As part of Technicolor’s Film, episodic and VFX service line we are looking for a Diversity & Culture Specialist who can play a pivotal role in the continued implementation of our key initiatives. Working within the Talent team, you will work directly with the Director of Talent to take the existing strategy and initiatives and continue to implement, whilst being a key support to local Brands on how to embed an inclusive culture.


You will work across all teams and levels of seniority to implement change to drive the importance and execution of our broader Talent strategy




Diversity & Inclusion

·          Support the Director of Talent to implement, deliver and embed the service lines’ global diversity & inclusion and wellbeing strategy - internally and externally

·          Provide training and guidance throughout the business to promote practices for a diverse and inclusive culture

·          Support senior stakeholders and groups across the business in their knowledge and scope of DEI (Diversity, Equality & inclusion)

·          Actively work to identify external partners and networks that can broaden acceptability to the VFX industry and support service lines’ aspirations for DEI

·          Run regional committees to share ideas, local successes and opportunities

·          Create internal and external information packs/presentations on the service line position, actions and commitments on DEI, including identifying areas of improvement

·          Work with the Director of Talent and HR operation teams to increase collection of demographic data to inform focus area

·          Work with the Director of Talent to constantly improve talent processes to yield a more inclusive workforce and broaden talent demographics


Workplace surveys & measurement

·          Manage the deployment of our survey tool including an annual engagement survey, pulse surveys, exit and on-boarding surveys

·          Work with talent teams to help identify priorities and ensure that initiatives stay on track

·          Work with the Director of Talent to identify trends and opportunities across the service line


Internal Comms Tools & Collaboration

·          Project manage the implementation of unified service line communication channel - including designing the use-case and driving brand adoption

·          Project manage talent global/service line initiatives that improve engagement and employee experience across the business

·          Support the Director of Talent and Talent Team to align the brands with the global Corporate Social Responsibility strategy; focusing on the pillars of ‘Make It Green’ (sustainability), ‘Family friendly’ and ‘Gives Back’ (charity)

·          Design global communication plans for organisational/talent initiatives for each brand to roll out locally

·          Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form


Workplace Trends & Analytics

·          Take a data-driven and analytical approach, managing research projects to deliver key insights to the business

·          Analyze survey data and combine with other data points to identify trends and opportunities

·          Provide insights from research with stakeholders and industry groups to identify opportunities

·          Analyse data and develop solutions to help the talent team’s mission to attract, retain, and advance talent across FEV


Skills and Experience


·       Deep passion for Diversity, Equality & inclusion, both in the workplace and in wider society

·       Experience of effectively partnering with internal stakeholders such as talent, recruitment and communications teams

·       Excellent people and communication skills, able to engage, inspire and influence various stakeholders, including those more senior than them

·       Track record of successfully implementing new processes and initiatives, from conception through to design and implementation

·       Adaptability and the ability to launch projects and initiatives from scratch

·       Process-oriented, able to give evidence of data-driven decision making

·       Creative, forward-thinking approach, able to innovate and problem solve

·       Highly organised and detail oriented with the ability to manage different projects and priorities

·       Previous experience working in a high-growth company across different global locations would be extremely beneficial
