Job Description
Summary:
The Shop Foreman will lead the fabrication team through recruiting, training, and coaching. This individual will drive success and performance through team management, effective communication, and inspiring process improvement. The Shop Foreman is responsible for exceeding on time completion goals under budget with high quality standards.
Qualifications
More than seven years of fabrication experience.
Ability to inspire, coach, and lead others.
Ability to collaborate cross functionally.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems.
Demonstrated ability to plan and exceed goals.
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to wear several hats.
Posses an understanding and operate creative software.
Experience managing and executing bill of materials. (BOM)
