Marathon TS  is seeking a Sharepoint Devleoper in Washington, DC.

Provide SharePoint 2013 application and database development for a DoD client. Serve as the team's primary client interface for collecting and prioritizing requirements, demonstrating system capabilities, and providing status reports. Perform development tasks, including design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint 2013 site collections leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities, SharePoint Designer, and other browser-based technologies (jQuery, CSS, HTML, Java). Lead requirements analysis and develop solutions for all tiers of the sites, including user interface, middle-tier business components, and database layer. Design, develop, and implement a detailed migration plan for the client's current SharePoint 2007 sites to migrate to a SharePoint 2013 environment. Create wireframes, document workflow process, and establish key milestones in the migration process. Provide expertise in database design and SharePoint application development and in all facets of content database design, including table relationship design, complex query building, user interface design, report generation, and automation with other Microsoft Office applications

* 3+ years of SharePoint 2013 experience to include troubleshooting, design, development, and administration of SharePoint sites using best practices

* 5+ years' experience with developing SharePoint custom lists, content types, workflows, InfoPath forms, and views, defining site structure and navigation, and creating SharePoint sub-sites

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to communicate SharePoint based solutions effectively to non-technical personnel

* Working experience of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS skills

* BA or BS degree

* Active Secret Clearance required

* Additional Qualifications:

* Experience with gathering user requirements

* Working experience utilizing SharePoint Designer 2013
