Job Description

 Execute all day-to-day customer service responsibilities in timely manner.Maintain high-level of corporate professionalism throughout all customer-facing activities.

  • Reach out to customer account holders directly and ensure timely processing of orders
  • Clarify UPC information with customers
  • Monitor drop of 850’s (into Vantage Point/etc.)
  • Validate/cleanse 850’s and finalize journals into sales orders (explore carrier option during finalization of sales orders)
  • Provide copies of PO’s to non-EDI customers
  • Match journal entries to bulk orders
  • Enter in-season orders
  • Review pick ticket discrepancies with WMS
  • Communicate status of orders and update when necessary
  • Resolve customer order issues
  • Provide customers with proofs-of-deliveries and copies of invoices
  • Create running list of spare parts requests for each account executive in order to provide appropriate communication of customer needs to Production team


  • Bachelors Degree
  • High level of detail orientationInvestment in customer relations
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Familiarity with Inovis/GSX/Vantage Point
  • Propensity to work well with different functional groups
  • Familiarity with EDI process, ERP / WMS
  • Ability to multi-task
