Job Description

We are looking to hire a member of our new Customer Service Team. Customer Service at Marc Jacobs functions at the intersection of Sales, Production, Finance, and Logistics to optimize the shipment of product to meet monthly and seasonal sales goals.  Initially, this individual will focus on basic Customer Service tasks, including order entry, order maintenance, and RMA creation. Ultimately, as the team grows and matures, you will have more ownership for a portion of our business (either a category or group of customers) to ensure these targets are being met.

Ideally, you are very detail oriented, as precision in your work affects directly the quality of our output; and able to multi-task, as successful completion of tasks often requires the ability to synthesize information from a variety of stakeholders.

You don’t need to have a lot of experience, but you must be willing to learn.  You should be customer-focused and invested in the idea that the quality of your work affects directly the perception of the organization.
