Job Description

Web:

  • Day-to-day management of all digital assets (product images, store images, video clips, press scans, etc.)
  • Manage product copy/product errors/general management
  • Lookbooks: acquire assets from PR and other departments, prep/upload to site
  • Conceptualize, execute, upload WoMJ content
  • Publish all video and runway still images the night of each fashion show
  • Archive/manage all CDs / DVDs relative to company products, events, and press
  • Scan/archive press clippings/videos/etc provided by PR department
  • Provide images and creative designs to other departments when requested
  • Coordinate promotions with eCommerce team

Email Marketing:

  • Photography, layout, and design for all email marketing
  • Liase with eCommerce buyer on a monthly basis to schedule email calendar
  • Approve/redesign all incoming store email blasts
  • Work with retail team for special store-related eblasts

Social:

  • Day-to-day management of all social media channels
  • Conceptualize, photograph, and produce content across all social channels
  • Coordinate Employee of the Moment video production with video department & employees
  • Occasional photography and video capture of company events

International Marketing:

  • Coordinate/approve messaging/activation with international teams to grow established accounts
  • Liaise with Asia team to provide/produce social assets

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Creative Suite needed 
  • Knowledge of HTML needed 
  • Knowledge of email service provider platforms (Campaign Mgr, ExactTarget, etc) preferred 
  • Punctuality, sense of urgency, respect for office and co-workers
