We’re seeking a freelance / contract-basis data entry specialist to support our business development team. The data entry specialist will work hands on within Salesforce CRM to evaluate the validity of records using a variety of cross check methods, update and scrub records using a highly organized process to keep track of all changes. The role involves working closely with the business development manager and executive team to track and troubleshoot needed changes to contact records.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, update and / or scrub records from company business development database
• Source updated data through online resources such as Linkedin and other third-party sources
• Enter data from new marketing lists as they become available and append with additional third-party data
• Track and report all changes to business development team

Requirements:

• Associate's degree (A. A.), equivalent or at least one year of data-entry related experience and training
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, Salesforce, Word, and other complementary software
• Exceptional organization, reporting and data management skills
• Ability to concisely distill information and communicate summaries of progress to the team in an efficient and understandable way
