Job Description

The Business and Systems Integration provides consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understands and translates customer needs into business and technology solutions via the analysis, design and/or development of best practice business changes.


Industry Applications-CMT professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique Communications, Media and Technology industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.


CMT-Industry Applications professionals analyzing, designing, building, testing and deploying innovative Communications, Media and Technology industry-specific solutions that enable industry standards and processes. 


With the High Tech Industry Delivery role the individual will play a vital role in implementation and operation of systems integration delivery manager for High-Tech clients. Solid understanding of order to cash, sales operations, sales transformation, and channel management is required.


A professional at this position level within our Company has the following responsibilities:


• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors


• Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals


• Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within our Company on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach


• Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments


• Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility


• Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within our Company

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:


• 5+ years of first-tier consulting experience


• OTC (Order to Cash) experience


• Minimum of 5 to 7+ years of experience from High Tech Clients in the following:


- Sales Operations


- Sales Transformation (CPQ, SFDC)


- Partner / Channel Management


- Technical, delivery, project management skills in CPQ or SFDC


- Strong client facing skills – lead CRP sessions and workshops
