Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• On assignment, works independently on individual project tasks which are predominantly client-facing but still under the supervision of an assignment manager 

• May be called upon to provide input to sales, marketing and thought leadership activity 

• Is receiving training in operating assignment skills, sales techniques and communication skills


Bonuses are 10-15% of salary and are based on yearly performance. Share options are also provided as part of the compensation package.


Up to 100% travel is required for this role, dependent upon project location. Consultants will be on the road M-Th and in the office on Friday.


Compensation depends on location and experience.


This position reports to a line manager, who is typically a senior consultant.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES: 

• Post-graduate qualification (academic, professional and/or technical) 

• Experience in developing strategy and delivering business transformation in areas such as process re-design, change management and technology enabled business change 

• Experience in developing technology and systems architecture and implementing large enterprise systems 

• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: 

- Business and transformation strategy 

- IT and systems architecture – developing the architecture for technology and ensuring implementation of the system design 

- Change management – effectively delivering the change through the organization 

- Business processes transformation – through the rationalization of business processes by implementing Lean, Six Sigma and other transformative tools 

- Operating Model definition – defining the target operating model for an organization 

• Ability to meet the 100% travel requirement
