Job Description

Responsibilities 

• On assignment: works independently on individual project tasks which are predominantly client-facing but still under the supervision of an assignment manager 

• May be called upon to provide input to sales, marketing and thought leadership activity 

• Is receiving training in operating assignment skills, sales techniques and communication skills.


Bonuses are 10-15% of salary and are based on yearly performance. Share options are also provided as part of the compensation package.


Up to 100% travel is required for this role, dependent upon project location. Consultants will be on the road M-Th and in the office on Friday.


Compensation depends on location and experience.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES:


• Post-graduate qualification (academic, professional and/or technical) 

• Experience in delivering enterprise-wide change through either business process transformation or technology-enabled transformation in a payer or provider environment 

• Exposure to implementing large enterprise health systems and an understanding of technology challenges and trends 

• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: 

- Healthcare Strategy 

- Healthcare Operations 

- Analytics 

- Tele-health, wearables and other technology-enabled Virtual health platforms 

- Patient and member experience 

• Ability to meet the 100% travel requirement


OTHER SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills 

• Exemplary communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation 

• The ability to successfully manage client expectations, projects and relationships 

• Entrepreneurial, with creative thinking skills
