Job Description

We transform IT organizations by working with directly with executive teams to design, develop and deploy sophisticated operational systems in healthcare, utilities and life sciences. We are looking for outstanding candidates with a strong drive to succeed who are enthusiastic about technology and motivated to achieve our clients' business objectives through solutions that go beyond latest thinking and accepted wisdom.


Responsibilities: 

• On assignment, works independently on individual project tasks which are predominantly client-facing but still under the supervision of an assignment manager 

• May be called upon to provide input to sales, marketing and thought leadership activity 

• Is receiving training in operating assignment skills, sales techniques and communication skills.


Compensation depends on location and experience. Bonuses are 10-15% of salary and are based on yearly performance. Share options are also provided as part of the compensation package.


Up to 100% travel is required for this role, dependent upon project location. Consultants will be on the road M-Th and in the office on Friday.


This position reports to a line manager, who is typically a senior consultant.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES:


• Post-graduate qualification (academic, professional and/or technical) 

• Experience delivering complex IT projects or leading major programs for the CIO 

• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: 

• System Integration – complex system integration, codified SI methodologies 

• Technical Architecture – detailed technical architecture, data architecture, solution development 

• Delivery Assurance – technical project management, stakeholder management 

• System Development Life Cycle – managing and operating SDLC methodologies 

• Ability to meet the 100% travel requirement
