Responsibilities: 

• On assignment, works independently on individual project tasks which are predominantly client-facing but still under the supervision of an assignment manager 

• May be called upon to provide input to sales, marketing and thought leadership activity 

• Is receiving training in operating assignment skills, sales techniques and communication skills.

Compensation depends on location and experience. Bonuses are 10-15% of salary and are based on yearly performance. Share options are also provided as part of the compensation package.

Up to 100% travel is required for this role, dependent upon project location. Consultants will be on the road M-Th and in the office on Friday.

This position reports to a line manager, who is typically a senior consultant.

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science or engineering 

• Post-graduate qualification (academic, professional and/or technical) 

• Experience delivering transformative IT projects or leading major change programs for the CIO 

• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: 

- IT Strategy – helping develop business led IT strategies 

- IT Infrastructure Library – IT service management, ITIL design and implementation 

- IT Sourcing – sourcing strategy, RFP, contracts, negotiations and transition 

- IT Financial management – business case, benchmarking, charge-back, service catalog 

- Governance – operating models, design and management 

• Ability to meet 100% travel requirement
