Job Description

Front End/UI Developer with expertise in PHP frameworks(Yii preferred), Javascript, HTML5, CSS3. The work involves helping to build a Web 2.0 web application, and possibly adding on mobile and tablet development.

PHP5 and experience with popular PHP frameworks (Yii, CodeIgniter, Zend)
Expert in UI: HTML/CSS/Javascript/Ajax
Familiar with javascript frameworks like backbone.js, modernizer, etc
JQuery experience
API Integration experience; like Facebook, Pinterest,Twitter, YouTube, FB, GoogleDocs a big plus
Understanding of webservices, specifically REST
Interest in creating mobile web applications.
Good understanding of UX designing
Good understanding of DOM and browsers, and cross-browser compatibility issues
Passionate front end engineer and start-uper.
Bonus Skills: LAMP, Middleware and Database (mySQL) experience

Don't have to be an expert in all of these, but should have a good command of MVC and frameworks so we can quickly adapt to the most applicable solution


Strong Computer Science background

Someone who knows and loves what they do (aka UI/Frontend)
