Goals driven sales closer responsible for B2B business of rapidly growing CPG company in categories of outdoor, pets, kitchen, sporting goods, etc targeting top Internet Retail 500 as well as brick and mortar opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Hard working, self starter that is willing to learn on the job

• Great communication skills and persistence

• Build sales portfolio of clients by aggressively working and following up leads via CRM (customer relationship management) tool.

• Develop sales quotas/ goals (daily, monthly, yearly), based on sales and margin targets (created with Sales Manager)

• Develop sales presentations and successfully pitch and sell all categories of products. Becoming the “product expert” in all business categories to our customers.

• Develop pricing strategies for wholesale customers for drop ship, bulk, and liquidation programs

• Work closely with Product Managers on forecast planning (to ensure product availability), quality, and customer feedback for continuous improvement of our products.

• Researching prospective customers to determine “size of the prize” and developing action plan for “closing the customer”

• Mentality of “winning” not “participating” and being rewarded for success
