Job Description

The Chief of Technology Operations - Capital Clinical Integrated Network (CCIN)  is accountable for leading the efficient installation and project management of the CCIN Care Coordination system integrated with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) subscribers using eClinicalWorks electronic health record, and Hospital Health Information Systems. This includes coordinating all tasks, overseeing the testing and install of all systems required to provide input or output to/from the CCS and provider EMR, and enforcing project management, budget and change control.  Collaborative, effective interaction with vendors, Department Directors, Physicians, and Executives is essential.  Extensive experience with overseeing the full lifecycle of healthcare programs, including startup, development and ongoing support.  Ability to successfully project manage while maintaining compliance.  Demonstrated expertise in health systems knowledge with a proven track record of adding value through improved systems and operational efficiencies using technology.  Ability to be a creative team builder while being attuned to each stakeholder. 

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a health related field or Project Management

-2-3 years Electronic Medical Records Project Management experience or related hands-on experience in implementing a network wide Electronic Health Record

-5-8 years EMR implementation experience in a hospital and ambulatory based facility preferred.

-Experience with eClinicalWorks -  Meditech is strongly preferred

-Project Management Professional Credential (PMP) from Project Management Institute Certification a plus
