Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for completing a process which results in achieving robust and sustainable HIT service for providers and citizens in the state. This will include a full range of programmatic, technical and administrative processes that support discovery, procurement, planning, contracting, oversight and evaluation. The Project Manager will work closely with the CCIN subscribers consisting of community health center, hospitals, practices, the selected CCIN are coordination system, third party vendors and staff and consultants.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a health related field or Project Management

-2-3 years Electronic Medical Records Project Management experience or related hands-on experience in implementing a network wide Electronic Health Record; more than 5 years integration experience in or with  hospital information; ion systems and ambulatory systems.

-Experience with HL7, XML, CCD-C32, ICD-9, CPT; EDI; PACS  is strongly preferred

-Experienced with networking technologies such as; TCP/IP; LAN; WAN; VLAN; and more

Project Management Professional Credential (PMP) from Project Management Institute Certification a plus
