Mary's Center is a federally qualified health center that served over 35,000 men, women and children in 2014. We provide comprehensive health, dental, social, and education services to underserved, underinsured, and uninsured individuals in the D.C. metropolitan region. The FAMILY PRACTITIONER will provide primary medical care for adult patients of Mary’s Center, responsible for initiating assessment, diagnosis and the implementation of a range of care interventions for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed health problems. Mary’s Center is located in beautiful Washington, DC and has two sites less three-miles from our DC locations. We offer a competitive salary, annual continuing medical education leave, and the possibility of four-day weeks. We use electronic medical records with virtual access from home.

• M.D. or D.O. degree

• Current license to practice medicine in Maryland and DC or in the process of applying

• Board certification/eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine preferable

• Minimum of two (2) years practicing medicine in a community health clinic environment, preferred but not required

• Experience in working with immigrant or economically-disadvantage populations in a maternal/child healthcare setting highly desirable

• Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
