Job Description

Temporary, Part Time, Days

The candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail
  • Write business letters, reports or office memorandum using MS Office Suite
  • Answer telephone inquiries from clients and candidates, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes
  • File documents
  • Undertake other duties such as required
  • The candidate will also get involved in other areas of the business and given a chance to learn and develop their skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Neat personal appearance
  • Good motivational skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
