• Perform machine and LPG line inspection during every start of operation
• Ensure that machine and mould set-up are carried-out correctly in which burner distance, shafting clearance, mould centering etc. are adjusted correctly
• Ensure that materials prepared by helper are of proper weight 
• Ensure that all standard time for moulding operation are observed correctly
• Ensure that products produced are in right quantity and of good quality
• Ensure that all equipment and tools used in machine operations are maintained and are always used properly
• Perform house keeping from time to time
• Ensure that all problems noticed and/or encountered with the machine during operation were reported to supervisor for the immediate action to be taken
• Perform simple machine adjustment or repair
• Assist maintenance personnel in doing preventive/corrective maintenance
• Evaluate works done by maintenance personnel after machine repair
• Accomplish Daily Production Reports
• Do shift turn-over
• Ensure that at the end of operation, LPG lines were closed and machine was shut down
• Operate pulverizer, crusher, grinder and mixer as advised by the supervisor
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
• Comply with Company rules and regulation

Essential

• Minimum High School Graduate or college level
• Experience as machine operator in plastic related manufacturing environment
• Have basic knowledge in machine trouble-shooting and able to use power tools
• Good team worker
• Can work in minimal supervision
• Dependable, have initiative 
• Flexible
