Job Description

Attracts potential parents by answering their calls and questions; providing

information about the school and the learning experience

 Opens parents accounts by recording account information

 Maintains customer records by updating account information

 Resolves parents’ problems by clarifying the parents' complaint; determining the

cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the

problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

 Perform all administrative related tasks to register new students and increase

registration rates

 Perform reporting tasks to monitor customer service quality and standards

 Provides administrative support to Mavericks teams

 Provides administrative support in preparing and maintaining the company

documentations

 Manages Mavericks parents’ interviews’ calendar

 Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

 Reports to Parents Advocate

Qualifications

Have 1 year + of customer service and administrative work

 Have good command of written and spoken English and Arabic

 Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

 Demonstrates strong initiative, good judgment and high attention to detail.

 Ability to work with minimal supervision and to interact at all organizational levels

 Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines
