As the Technical Requirements Manager it will be your responsibility to analyze business and user requirements for clarity, validation of business need, completeness, scope, and technical feasibility. You will also serve as the development team representative during UAT for the purpose of clarifying the intended functional behavior of the software. You will manage requirements using Maxymiser best practices, briefs, templates, and specifications. In your role you will also work with the Client Services team to continually scope and maintain changes to current and proposed campaigns, while acting as a liaison between the technical team and the client services team to continue and solidify a common understanding of requirements and the resulting built campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Clear test requirements:

• Development and QA Teams have clear and concise business and technical requirements before moving forward with development and QA

• Client’s expectations are managed and are fully aware of the implications and challenges per each requested test.

Quality of specifications, assets, business requirements, and use cases:

• Proper use cases, pitfalls, and true business output objectives are elicited per each campaign

• Standard template is continually improved upon and utilized

• Specifications follows standard  template and has all necessary information for development

• Technical complexities are managed , accounted for, and reflected within specifications

• Analysis and recommendations of improvements to business processes

• All coding assets are correct and have required quality and format

Knowledge base:

• Standard document for each client/domain

• All documents are stored in Jive

• Resident expert on client sites

Results:

• Efficient requirements gathering should lead to improved quality and improved lead times

Requirements:

• A consultative approach, the ability to listen, understand and solve problems

• Ability to identify risks

• Ability to understand and properly elicit true objectives and then transform business

• Object oriented analysis and design methodologies including knowledge of software development life-cycle process

• Graduate-level education (or equivalent)

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of HTML and web frameworks (HTML, DOM, XML, CSS)

• Knowledge in business application systems, distributed, multi-tier/web-services and web-based applications

• Development and programming experience a huge plus
