Job Description

You will be the primary point of client contact on a day to day basis representing a client team led by one of Maxymiser’s Principal Consultants. You will be responsible for coordinating all parties (internal and external) to ensure the complete and on-time delivery of all activity defined in a roadmap that has been agreed with the client.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

 

    • Project manage the effective delivery of campaign activity to an industry aligned client portfolio
    • Develop effective business relationships with clients
    • Coordinate regular client communication and meetings
    • Report/manage client resource consumption and production output against contract
    • Raise and manage all issues to resolution via the Maxymiser ticketing system
    • Guide new clients through on-boarding for Business Processes
    • Manage the forecast of future production activity
    • Manage the status of campaigns in the Maxymiser User Interface with clients

 

Requirements:

 

    • Thorough knowledge of Digital Project Management with at least 3 years demonstrable experience in a web related environment, agency or client side, delivering multiple digital projects simultaneously
    • Excellent at scheduling, calm under pressure with a talent for pushing the project along, keeping everything on track
    • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • First class communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
    • Good working knowledge of web technologies, web build processes and online campaigns

 

Qualifications:

 

    • Graduate level education (or equivalent)
    • Project Management methodology training/qualification - Agile/Lean preferred
