Job Description

Position title: Digital Project Manager- Travel
Location: London, UK

You will be the primary point of client contact on a day to day basis representing a client team led by one of Maxymiser’s Principal Consultants. You will be responsible for coordinating all parties (internal and external) to ensure the complete and on-time delivery of all activity defined in a roadmap that has been agreed with the client.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Project manage the effective delivery of campaign activity to an industry aligned client portfolio, managing a high volume of projects with quick turnarounds

Develop effective business relationships with clients

Coordinate regular client communication and meetings

Report/manage client resource consumption and production output against contract

Raise and manage all issues to resolution via the Maxymiser ticketing system

Guide new clients through on-boarding for Business Processes

Manage the forecast of future production activity

Manage the status of campaigns in the Maxymiser User Interface with clients

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of Digital Project Management with experience in a web related environment, agency or client side, delivering multiple digital projects simultaneously. Or experience in an Account Management role dealing with multiple accounts

Project Management methodology training/qualification - Agile/Lean preferred

Excellent at scheduling, calm under pressure with a talent for pushing the project along, keeping everything on track

Exceptional time management and organisational skills, dealing with

Strong customer service skills

First class communication skills (both verbal and written)

Experience managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

Good working knowledge of web technologies, web build processes and online campaigns

Fluency in another language, especially French, is highly desirable though not essential

 

Qualifications:

 

Graduate level education (or equivalent)
