Job Description

Position title: Digital Optimization Analyst
Location: New York City

As an Analyst, you will support Maxymiser’s service team to provide strategic guidance to our clients.  You will have a passion for client satisfaction and will help to increase the effectiveness of their websites.  The Analyst will act as a project manager, helping with implementation, analytics, and achieving client objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and specify in detail each individual test campaign, working closely with the Account team and Technical Services teams to ensure its smooth delivery.
  • Set up the reporting framework for each test, helping establish key metrics for evaluation and reporting and analyzing them on a regular basis through the campaign.
  • Assist the Managing Consultant to analyze the completed tests, providing clear analysis of campaign results
  • Assist the TS team in outlining use cases, customer journeys, and rationale for test design and alternate content.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A degree (BA/BS) gained in a numerical / quantitative subject. Examples Include: Math, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Informatics, Engineering, etc.

  • Strategic thinker that communicates ideas effectively

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Ability to understand the depth of Maxymiser’s products & services

  • Self-starter

  • Multi-tasker

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to travel if needed

  • Enthusiasm about working in digital marketing in a start-up environment
