Job Description

Position title: Account Executive

Location: London, UK


As the website optimisation market continues to grow, we are looking to further expand our UK professional services team with an Account Executive. We’re looking for people who want to be visible and make an impact, bringing substantial increases to the online revenues of our clients. You’ll get to use a broad range of website testing and personalisation solutions including the world’s most advanced behavioural targeting, segment targeting and recommendation solutions. You will make individual user experiences of your clients more engaging and relevant, leading to increased online revenues and customer loyalty.

 

As an Account Executive you will support smooth project delivery, in order to ensure client satisfaction. You will communicate with clients and the technical team on project timelines and expectations and manage accurate reporting of monthly hours use for all accounts within the sector team. You will assist the Digital Project Managers to resource effectively within the team and ensure ad hoc client requirements and requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sector team support

 

  • Day-to-day  support attending and organising calls and meetings

  • Monthly hours reporting for all team clients

  • Set up projects and help maintain accurate reporting

  • Learn about all aspects of client management

  • Assist in production forecasting

  • Use and monitor internal systems to record project status, raise tickets etc. and ensure responses are attended to quickly, in order to maintain project momentum

 

Client communication

 

  • Ensure clients are informed of project timelines and delivery dates in a timely manner

  • Keep technical team up to date of client requirements, on a per project basis

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to any client requests, on the phone or via email

  • Assist with on-boarding

  • Quickly escalate anything likely to negatively affect client satisfaction or project delivery

 

Client Service Delivery

 

  • Working closely with Digital Project Managers/Senior Digital Project Managers:

  • To assist in ensuring that all assigned Clients have a maintained and up to date Optimisation Strategy or Roadmap and receive regular Quarterly Business Reviews

  • To assist in scheduling resource to meet Client requirements

  • To help the sector team achieve Client Satisfaction targets for team accounts

  • To achieve sector revenue targets for existing Clients

  • To ensure the Client Service teams deliver Client contracts to agreed budgets

  • To schedule meetings, calls and other client contact

  • To distribute meeting agendas and follow up notes for all client meetings, within an agreed time frame

  • Pro-active learning and continuous improvement

  • Show a keen interest in the optimisation sector

  • Have an appreciation of the importance of effective project management and its contribution to satisfaction

  • Actively contribute to team meetings and processes to help continuously improve team efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline

  • Experience of project management/organisation over a period of time (at University/commercial experience)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Quick learner, ability to quickly absorb new concepts and ideas

  • Clear, demonstrable enthusiasm about working in the online marketing sector
