Position title: Lead Quality Controller

Location: Warsaw, Poland

As Maxymiser continues to expand, an opportunity has a risen for a Lead Quality Controller to join the EMEA Technical Services team based in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will continually improve quality standards of Maxymiser Client Services to meet and exceed both internal and external client expectations. In addition to this the ideal candidate will maintain efficient and effective team relationships with Production Managers, Requirement Managers and Front-End Developers, and attend Company language courses on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Perfect quality of campaign cross-check.

• Constant mentoring of team members and newcomers for efficiency improvement through knowledge sharing.

• Proactive communication with Client Services Team.

• Day-to-day study of product limitations, development of means for QA process optimization.

• Active and efficient work with all required systems (OpenAir, ZenDesk, JIRA, etc)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of testing approaches, principles and methodologies

• Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage (JS, HTML, web applications)

• Experience in the online marketing or web analytics is beneficial

• Good numeric, analytical and written reporting skills

• Understanding of ticket and project planning systems principles

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience of working as an a proactive team member

• Good management skills are beneficial

• Leadership skills

Qualifications:

• Computer Science or Applied Mathematics related. University degree is highly desirable

• English skills: upper intermediate or advanced level
