A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Graduate to join our office in London. The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering/Physics/Informatics or a similar discipline involving logical thought. Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise

• Through extensive training and mentoring you will become a leading point of technical reference for all possible Maxymiser campaign types and configuration.

Client Service Delivery

• You will work closely with clients, providing timely and thorough assistance for client impacting issues.
• You will provide support and guidance for client ideas and concerns.

Communication and Influencing

• Provide a technical bridge between the Technical team in the Ukraine, Poland and the Client Services team in the UK, identify process issues in both Global Technical Services and Client Services and manage the delivery of solutions.

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Physics/Informatics/Web and Multimedia/similar, 2.1 or above
• Knowledge of JavaScript or any other Object-Oriented programming language
• Excellent spoken and written communication 
• Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and ideas
• Personable, approachable personality to suit a client-facing role
• Proven, demonstrable problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German 
• Fluency in English
