We're looking for an IT Support Lead with a strong background in IT Service Management & Infrastructure as well as the capability to lead a team. In this role, you will be responsible for the IT Support of software and hardware in all business units, set the direction for your team and find ways to move forward when obstacles arise. 

You will also…

• Be responsible for IT Support tasks like software updates or patch management as well as G-Suite support and single sign-on 

• Building a solution database for the IT Support

• Keep up with the hardware lifecycle management

• Make sure the internal network is running smoothly and handle incidents as well as security

• Be in charge of operating the workplaces within the company

• Steering external service providers and handle contract negotiations

• You have at least 6 years of “Hands on” experience in infrastructure, service and workplace management

• Several years of experience in leading a team 

• Experience in steering external service providers and handle contract negotiations

• You are familiar with network security

• Will bring your own creative ideas to improve the software and hardware landscape

• Are stress resistant and keep a calm attitude even when in crisis

• You know how to operate within a budget and make decisions consciously  

• Have strong organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

• Bring a “Hands on” mentality combined with a Start-up Spirit

• You speak English and German on a proficient level
