We are looking for a designer to join the brand team in Berlin. As a valued member of the team you will be responsible for the production of mostly digital but also print creatives for various marketing campaigns. You will work closely in collaboration with other designers and the art director to develop, design and revise creative assets for different departments at McMakler. • Make use of the existing brand guidelines, maintain consistency throughout your design work, and contribute to the development of the brand.

• Work with the Brand Team to help evolve, refine and strengthen the McMakler brand.

• Take part in daily reviews and creative sessions within the design team

• relevant work in-house company experience or agency background

• You know the tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma, Google Slides / Keynote / Powerpoint) and if you don't know, you're the first in line to learn them.

• You have experience working as a  Designer with skills in Motion Graphics, Web layout creation, Photo editing, banner ad creation and social media content creation.

• You have an understanding of print media and are confident in supporting print projects and communication with German print houses.

• You are proficient in the creation of digital assets on multiple channels and you are clearly aware of all technical restrictions.

• You are able to work in a fast paced environment while handling multiple projects with varying timelines while communicating with different teams and keeping stakeholders informed.

• You take ownership from start to finish for everything you are working on but you’re  also able to ask for assistance and share workload when in need.

• You have a high level of creativity, an eye for detail, and a good sense of aesthetics.You have a hands-on mentality and a structured way of working.

• Fluent in English and German B2 (Written and spoken)

• Experience with HTML5 is a plus
