We have been retained by one of our best clients to help locate an exceptional Nurse Practitioner in the Seattle area. Our client is a venture capital backed Health Plan with a nearly 10 year track record of success in providing ongoing care to its elderly members. Our client is a Medicare Advantage Health Plan that serves primarily dual eligible geriatric patients. After nearly 10 years of success, they need help implementing a new growth initiative into new markets, including Seattle. The client anticipates rapid growth in the area. Job Description
The position itself involves primary care for home bound geriatric patients. The individual they hire will be responsible for traveling within a 15 mile radius and seeing patients in their homes, providing in home assessments, developing care plans, and helping frail elderly patients. Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Licensed in the State of Washington.
- This role requires a dynamic, energetic nurse who is excellent at coordinating care with physicians and other Nurse Practitioners.
- Candidates must have broad clinical experience and knowledge.
- Must have some experience dealing with conditions and issues related to aging and frail geriatric patients.
