Required Experience & Credentials:

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner accredited program
• A minimum of 2 years Behavioral Health experience
  
• Current Oregon State License

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with a range of adult psychiatric illness
• Knowledge of standards of care
