Job Description

We are looking for a detailed oriented, nice, proactive, and tech savvy individual interested in part or full time employment as an office administrator and biller for our office.

Admin Responsibilities

● Support other team members in daily activities

● Manage internal calendar

● Coordinate travel and meetings

● Order lunch and office supplies as needed

● Answering and screening calls

● Greet guests and managing office visitors

● Filing

● Prepare daily mail and packages

● Attend staff meetings and take responsibility for follow-up action

Biller Responsibilities

● Receive payments from clients

● Prepare deposits, take to bank

● Prepare invoices off of pre-run report

● Print, stamp and mail invoices (or email depending on client preferences)

● Contact any clients late with their payments

● Keep list of office expenses

● Prepare credit card applications

● Review and sort mail and bills

Qualifications

- Strong excel skills

- Familiarly with google calendar

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Optimistic attitude

- Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and projects at one time
