Job Description

Love bookkeeping, technology and people? We are looking for a tech savvy (meaning computers, laptops, tablets, Chromebooks, Excel, Word, smartphones, Gmail, Passpack, etc.) individual interested in part or full time employment as a bookkeeper for our office. 

The right individual will thrive in a high paced and friendly environment. Medtelligent has two sister companies that operate out of our space and the book keeper will be responsible for managing the transactions and financial statements associated with all three companies. We are looking for someone that can adapt to change quickly and is solution oriented (read flexible with their processes and not stuck on one way of doing things). 

Qualifications

Experience with the General Ledger (QuickBooks or Intacct), payroll, A/P and A/R required. HR experience with health insurance and 401(k) maintenance a huge plus. Strong accounting experience with a good understanding of financial statements, assets & liabilities and balance sheets. Strong customer service skills. Experience with online banking and transaction downloading required. 

Essential Job Functions: Record financial transactions, manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconcile bank statements, update the trial balance, create profit and loss statements and balance sheets, manage payroll, and invoice clients.

This job role would also encompass general office management responsibilities including booking travel, maintaining schedules and the office calendar, ordering office supplies and resources, managing vendor relationships and bill payment, making company deposits and general office organization.
