MentorMate is looking for a part-time IT intern for 20-30 hours a week to provide support to our users, install software and hardware, and other various IT-related tasks. No two days are ever the same, and you will learn a lot in our fast-paced technology environment.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can adapt quickly to a busy, changing environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be a people person. Candidates with IT Certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing tier 1 on-site desktop support for multiple platforms
• Managing support tickets
• Managing technology inventory
• Managing user accounts
• OS and software installation
• Troubleshooting end user issues
• Creating and maintaining documentation
• Some hardware installation and cabling
• Setup and support for tech conferences hosted by the company

Duration is 3 months (extension negotiable)
