If you’re interested in learning how insurance works and helping our customers with their auto claims (with a chance to become a future Claims Adjuster) now is your chance! Our Support Specialists get exposed to managing our claims files, resolving customer concerns, and they are given the opportunity to be involved in learning how to adjust auto accident claims. Our Support Specialists are one of the driving forces behind Mercury’s commitment to provide our customers with insurance solutions that provide them with peace of mind.

Qualifications

We currently have a Support Specialist position available for someone with exposure to administrative office work, using Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office, and answering a moderate volume of phone calls.

We’re going to give a bit of preference to those with at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent. We will strongly consider someone who has demonstrated a high level of performance with managing complex files, responding to customer inquiries with outstanding customer service skills, and providing rockstar administrative support that’s needed to ensure our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
